Abstract

In education, there are inseparable human resources, namely educators / teachers and students. The teacher referred to here is an educator in a school or formal education institution whose job is not only to teach various kinds of knowledge, but also "educate". In formal educational institutions or schools, teachers have a major role in developing students' creativity. According to Ngalim Purwanto there are six ways in which schools can work together with parents, namely: holding a meeting with parents on the day of admission of new students, holding correspondence between school and family, a list of grades or report cards for each semester, teacher's visit to the parents 'house or vice versa parents to school, holding celebrations, school parties or exhibitions of students' work, and establishing parent and teacher associations.
