Furthermore, the researcher developed this game into a Fiqh learning Hajj Material in the class V at MI Al Muslimiyah, Randublatung District, Blora Regency. This type of research is Research and Development (RnD). The method used to analyze data with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The learning media development model used is the ADDIE model, which has 5 stages and in this study it is simplified into 3 stages, namely ADD. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan latar <br>belakang dan pengalaman tutor bahasa arab yang tergabung dalam sebuah tim <br>bernama El-Lughah dalam merekondisi metode mengajar bahasa arab di Kelas <br>Idaman SMA An-Nur 2 Bululawang, Malang. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini berupa <br>kualitatif dengan desain studi naratif pengelaman tutur dari kelima partisipan yang <br>tergabung dalam tim bernama El-Lughah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses <br>pembelajaran bukan hanya sekedar proses sturktural statis melainkan dinamis. <br>Kemampuan dan keahlian profesi yang dimiliki seorang pendidik sangat diperlukan <br>untuk mwujudkan sebuah proses pembelajaran yang baik. The population of this study was teachers in the SMK Al Islam Kalijambe. This study used an approach which the data is numerical and processed using statistical methods.</em> <em>the data were analyzed using SPSS to look for linearity, normality, regression and others.</em> <em>The result of this study show: (1) the significance between teachers’ work experience towards teachers’ performance was 0,000 with significance level 0,00&gt; 0.05. It means that there was significance between teachers’ work experience towards teachers’ performance. Among these variables, regression has also been tested, the result is that between the teachers’ work experience towards teacher's performance there is a large influence of 0.833, (2) teachers’ work experience can affect teachers’ performance. The significance between creativity in teaching towards teachers’ performance also showed significance, indicated by the significant value of&nbsp; 0.00 with significant level. Among these variables, regression had also been tested, the result is that, between creativity in teaching towards teacher's performance there is a large influence of 0.890, (3) teachers’ work experience and creativity, in teaching indicated value is 0.00 with significant level. towards teachers’ performance. And from the three variables, regression had also been tested, the result is that the length of teachers’ work experience, teachers’ creativity towards teacher performance has a large effect of 0.895. (4) The linearity test between the three variables, namely teachers’ work experience (X1) on teachers’ performance (Y), is 0.912. while the next variable is creativity in teaching (X2) on teachers’ performance (Y) is 0.331. All results are linear. It can be said having a linear relationship if the result is more than 0.05. and it will not be linear if the result is less than 0.05. In the modern era, this term has been divided by the practice carried out in Islamic banks called bai' al-tawarruq al-masrafy and those carried out outside Islamic banks called bai' al-tawarruq al-fiqhi. These two types of bai' al-tawarruq contracts look the same in practice as bai' al-'inah but have differences with the involvement of third parties in the practice of bai' al-tawarruq, which is not present in bai' al-'inah. The pros and cons of Ulama against the law of bai' al-tawarruq have existed since the classical era, the majority of Ulama of the three madhhabs (Hanafi, Maliki, and Shafi'i) prohibit the practice of bai' al-tawarruq on the grounds of hailah and leads to usury, only the Hanbali madhhab is driven by Ibn Taimiyah and Ibn al-Qayyim who allowed the contract with the argument that bai' al-tawarruq was different from the forbidden bai' al-'inah contract. Meanwhile, contemporary scholars have different opinions in punishing bai' al-tawarruq al-masrafy. Referring to the results of the congress and conference decisions in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia in 1423 H. There were two opposing camps in formulating the law of bai' al-tawarruq al-masrafy. The first camp, the majority madhhabs forbids financial transactions using this contract in Islamic banks because it contains elements of usury, hailah and includes the form of bai' al-'inah. The main characteristics of his philosophy is political. This is because almost all the objectives of al-Farabi's philosophy is political. So it could be inappropriate to understand the philosophy of al-Farabi regardless of the political angle.</em> <em>The idea of&nbsp; al-Farabi on the al-Madina al-Fadhilah&nbsp; is the representation of political philosophy that got special attention. Because all lines of philosophical themes contained in the concept of al-Madina al-Fadhilah, namely the theological angle, system or methodology and behavior. In addition, al-Farabi's last essay is "Ara 'Ahl al-Madina Fadhilah".
